At CloudSole, we are proud to ship worldwide — and here’s the best part: shipping is always 100% free, no matter where you live.

As part of our sustainability efforts, we ship orders directly from our manufacturing hub, where our products are made. This approach reduces unnecessary fulfillment centers, which helps cut down on air miles — saving approximately 24kg of CO₂ emissions for every avoided air shipment.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders placed on cloudsoleshop.com are subject to a 2–4 business day processing period before shipment.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–8 business days
  • International Orders: 6–10 business days

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods

Please note: All orders require 2–4 business days of processing before shipment.

  • Standard Shipping – Once processed, delivery is estimated within 6–13 business days.

 

Shipping Disclaimers

  1. Order Changes – Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items purchased.
  2. Verify Your Address – Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages – After shipment, delivery is outside our control. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
  4. Refunds – We do not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered.” If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
  5. Tracking Numbers – Tracking details are provided in your shipping confirmation email, sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to update and validate.
  6. Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label may be issued, with the cost deducted from your refund.
  7. Fulfillment Centers – Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international facility, depending on stock availability.
  8. Shipping Fees – We do not upcharge on shipping costs; however, shipping fees are non-refundable.
